On September 6, 2023, the Foreign Relations and Cooperation division of the Deposit Insurance Corporation hosted an online training on the "Deposit Insurance Scheme" for over 150 employees of Golomt Bank. This was followed by a similar training for more than 160 Xac Bank employees on September 7-8, 2023. Participants included tellers, communication managers, and sales service specialists from both Ulaanbaatar city and regional branches.
The training covered topics such as the "Bank Deposit Insurance Law," the nature of insured deposits, scenarios warranting insurance, insurance compensation, assets of the deposit insurance fund, and other pertinent information.
