On March 21, 2022, in cooperation with the Mongolian Bankers Association /MBA/, a discussion was organized to introduce the draft regulations developed by the Deposit Insurance Corporation to the MBA Legal professional council.
The discussion was attended by members of the MBA Legal professional council, S.Baatarsuren, Acting CEO of the Deposit Insurance Corporation, D.Baasandulam, Director of the Reimbursement and Resolution Department, B.Munkhjargal, Director of the Risk Management Department, D.Tsogtbaatar, Director of the Foreign Relations and Cooperation Department and A.Altantulkhuur, Director of the Public Relations and Financial Education Division. According to “Law on Bank Deposit Insurance”, the drafts of “Procedure for Banks Submission of Reports and Information”, “Procedure for Supervision and Inspection Procedure”, and “Procedure for Banks on Informing Depositors about Deposit Insurance scheme” presented and exchanged views.
