Pursuant to Article 19.1 and Article 28.1.2 of The Central Bank Law, Article 68.1 of The Banking Law of Mongolia and based on the executive decree by the Bank of Mongolia Governor No. A-96 dated April 8th, 2019, the liquidation was hereby imposed on Capital bank and its liquidator is appointed.
In accordance with the above decree and pursuant to the Article 15.1 of the Bank Deposit Insurance Law, the Resolution No.72 of the National Committee on Deposit Insurance dated April 8th, 2019, was approved to issue compensation to the depositors of Capital Bank.
Depositors’ funds of up to MNT20 million are insured and protected. In accordance with the Bank Deposit Insurance Law, The Deposit Insurance Corporation of Mongolia decided to issue Capital bank depositor’s compensation through Khan Bank.
